The State Council has recently issued its decision to temporarily adjust the relevant administrative regulations of Pudong New Area of Shanghai Municipality. Specifically, from the current day to December 21, 2018, temporary adjustments shall be made in Pudong New Area of Shanghai Municipality to administrative examination and approval matters and other matters prescribed in 11 administrative regulations and documents of the State Council, including the Implementing Regulations of the Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for Radioactive Drugs, the Regulations on the Hygienic Supervision of Cosmetics, the Decision of the State Council on Applying Administrative Licensing to the Administrative Examination and Approval Items Necessary to Be Retained, the Decision of the State Council on the Third Batch of Cancelled and Modified Administrative Examination and Approval Items, the Circular of the State Council on Enhancing the Administration of Activities of Intermediary Agencies for Entry and Exit, the Decision of the State Council on the Sixth Batch of Cancelled and Modified Administrative Examination and Approval Items, the Decision of the State Council on Matters relating to Cancelling and Adjusting a Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items, and the Official Reply of the State Council to the Pilot Implementation of the Deposit Account System for Imported Materials and Parts under Processing Trade.
The decision specifies that the State Council requires the relevant departments thereunder and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government to timely adjust the regulations and normative documents as formulated by such departments and Shanghai Municipality accordingly in accordance with the adjustments mentioned above, and to establish a management system adaptive to such pilot program.
