NDRC to Repeal Certain Rules, Regulations and Normative Documents

The National Development and Reform Commission ("NDRC") has recently issued the Catalogue of Rules and Regulations to Be Repealed and the Catalogue of Normative Documents to Be Repealed for public comment by September 6, 2020.
The Catalogue of Rules and Regulations to Be Repealed covers five rules and regulations, including the Interim Measures for the Supervision of Tendering and Bidding of Major National Construction Projects, the
Administrative Measures for the Qualifications of Tendering Agencies for Projects Financed by the Central Government
, and the Provisions on the Reporting and Disposal of Price Related Illegal Acts. The Catalogue of Normative Documents to Be Repealed covers a total of 170 documents, specifically including the Circular on Issues concerning Improving Price Management of Low-price Drugs, the Circular on Printing and Distributing the Tentative Administrative Measures on the Accreditation of the Key Software Enterprises and Integrated Circuit Design Enterprises Included in National Plans, the
Circular of the National Development and Reform Commission on Relevant Issues concerning the Implementation of the Administrative Measures for Approval and Record-filing on Overseas Investment Projects
, and the Circular on Issuing the Provisions on Jurisdiction over Reports of Online Transaction Prices.
