The Decision of the State Council on Amendments to the Anti-subsidy Regulations of the People's Republic of China is hereby promulgated, and will be implemented as of June 1, 2004.
Premier: Wen Jiabao
The State Council hereby decides to make the following amendments to the Anti-Subsidy Regulations of the People's Republic of China:
Article 1 The term "Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC)" as mentioned in Articles 5, 13, and 16, paragraph 1 of Article 18, Article 19, paragraph 3 of Article 20, paragraph 2 of Article 26, Articles 28 and 30, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 32, paragraph 2 of Article 34, Articles 36 and 39, paragraph 2 of Article 48, Articles 49 and 56, shall be modified to the "Ministry of Commerce".
