第一条 为贯彻落实全面从严治党的要求，进一步规范保险监管机构领导干部配偶、子女及其配偶经商办企业行为，根据《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则》等有关规定，结合保监会系统实际，制定本规定。
