各省、自治区、直辖市国土资源主管部门、住房城乡建设厅（建委、房地局）：
为全面落实国务院领导批示精神，加强部门衔接，解决不动产登记“中梗阻”问题，切实做到便民利民，根据《不动产登记暂行条例》及其实施细则、《中央编办关于整合不动产登记职责的通知》（中央编办发[2013]134号）、《国土资源部 住房城乡建设部关于做好不动产统一登记与房屋交易管理衔接的指导意见》（国土资发[2015]90号）等法规规章政策，现就房屋交易与不动产登记衔接有关问题通知如下。
