各产煤省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团煤矿安全监管部门、煤炭行业管理部门，各省级煤矿安监局，司法部直属煤矿管理局，有关中央企业，各相关单位：
国家煤矿安监局于2017年3月启动了《煤矿瓦斯等级鉴定办法》修订工作，目前已完成《煤矿瓦斯等级鉴定办法（征求意见稿）》（请登陆国家安全监管总局网站<网址：www.chinasafety.gov.cn>“征求意见”栏目下载）。
