为适应我国对外直接投资业务发展的需要，不断完善统计指标体系，做好对外直接投资统计的监测服务工作，根据《部门统计调查项目管理办法》（国家统计局令第22号）的规定，拟对2016年商务部、国家统计局、国家外汇管理局联合印发的《对外直接投资统计制度》（商合函[2016]987号）进行修订，现公开征求意见，请通过传真或发送电子邮件的方式反馈意见，公开征求意见截止时间为2018年9月30日。
