The Catalog of Industries for Encouraged Foreign Investment (2019 Edition), approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, is hereby promulgated and will enter into force from July 30, 2019. Encouraged foreign investment industries of the Catalog for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries (Revised in 2017) released by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce on June 28, 2017 and the Catalog of Priority Industries for Foreign Investment in the Central-Western Region (Revised in 2017) released on February 17, 2017, shall be repealed simultaneously.
