为进一步规范承装（修、试）电力设施许可管理工作，按照规章制度“立改废”工作要求，我局研究形成了《承装（修、试）电力设施许可证管理办法》（电监会第28号令）第四十一条修订内容（征求意见稿），现面向社会公开征求意见。
