各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市资产评估协会（注册会计师协会）：
为贯彻落实《资产评估法》，规范资产评估执业行为，保证资产评估执业质量，保护资产评估当事人合法权益和公共利益，在财政部指导下，中国资产评估协会根据《资产评估基本准则》，制定了《资产评估执业准则--资产评估方法》，现予印发，自2020年3月1日起施行。
