In order to the increase the efficiency of government investments, strengthen supervision and administration over tendering agencies for projects financed by the Central Government, standardize tendering agency activities, improve tendering agency quality and prevent corrupt practices, the Administrative Measures for the Qualifications of Tendering Agencies for Projects Financed by the Central Government are formulated in accordance with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China, the Implementing Regulations on the Tendering and Bidding Law
