The Decision of the State Council on Amending the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China> is hereby promulgated and shall be implemented as of June 1, 2004.

Appendix:The Decision of the State Council on Amending the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China

The State Council has hereby decided to make the following amendments to the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China:

1. The term "the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC)" as used in Article 3, Article 5, Article 13, Article 16, Paragraph 1 of Article 18, Article 19, Paragraph 3 of Article 20, Paragraph 2 of Article 25, Article 27, Article 29, Paragraph 1 of Article 31, Paragraph 2 of Article 31, Paragraph 2 of Article 33, Article 35, Article 38, Article 46, Article 47, Paragraph 2 of Article 49, Article 50 and Article 57 shall be amended to "the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as MOFCOM)".
