Decision of the Ministry of Construction on the Revision of the Administrative Provisions for Urban Real Estate Intermediary Services

Decision of the Ministry of Construction on the Revision of the Administrative Provisions for Urban Real Estate Intermediary Services has been adopted at the 45th meeting of the Ministry of Construction on July 23, 2001. It is hereby issued and shall come into effect as of the day of its promulgation.

The Ministry of Construction has decided to make the following revisions to the Administrative Provisions on Urban Real Estate Intermediary Services:

I. The second paragraph of Article 3 shall be revised as: "The administrative departments in charge of construction of the provinces and autonomous regions shall be responsible for the centralized administration of the real estate intermediary services within their respective administrative areas."
