The Decision of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Amending Such Rules as the Implementing Rules for the Administrative Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons, the Administrative Provisions on the Registration of Foreign-invested Partnership Enterprises, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Sole Proprietorship Enterprises and the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Individually-owned Businesses adopted at the executive meeting of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China after deliberation is hereby promulgated for implementation as of March 1, 2014.

To implement the Reform Proposals for the Registered Capital Registration System approved by the State Council, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce decides to amend the Implementing Rules for the Administrative Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons, the Administrative Provisions on the Registration of Foreign-invested Partnership Enterprises, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Sole Proprietorship Enterprises and the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Individually-owned Businesses according to the decision on amending the Company Law adopted at the Sixth Session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress on December 28, 2013 as follows:
