Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Establishing an Announcement System for the Taxation Advisory Industry

The state taxation bureaus and local taxation bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities under the Central Government, and cities specifically designated in the state plan:

For the purpose of enhancing the surveillance over registered tax agents and tax agent firms, safeguarding the taxation interests of the State, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of taxpayers, embodying the practicing principles of openness, fairness and equity of the industry of registered tax agents, and fostering a good image of registered tax agents and tax agent firms, the State Administration of Taxation has decided to establish a publicity system for the industry of registered tax agents in accordance with the relevant provisions in the Interim Measures for the Administration of Registered Tax Agents (Order No. 14 of the State Administration of Taxation).
