The Decision of the State Council on the Revision of the Administrative Regulations on Commercial Performances is hereby promulgated and shall be go into effect as of the day of promulgation.

The State Council decided to amend Paragraph 1 of Article 12 of the Administrative Regulations on Commercial Performances to read as follows: "Investors from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR) and Macao Special Administrative Region (Macao SAR) may establish equity or cooperative joint or wholly funded performance brokerage institutions and business entities of performance places in the mainland.
