The China Insurance Regulatory Commission has decided to revise the Interim Administrative Measures for the Use of Insurance Funds as follows:
The Article 16 shall be revised as: "The use of insurance funds by an insurance group (holding) company or insurance company shall be subject to the relevant ratio requirements specified by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission; the specific provisions shall be separately formulated by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission.
