The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Revising the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China and Four Other Laws, adopted at the tenth meeting of the 12th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on August 31, 2014, is hereby issued for implementation as of the date of issue.

The Tenth Meeting of the 12th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has decided to:
I. Make revisions to the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China
1. Change the expression "in the circumstance specified in Article 147 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China" in the Article 82 to read:"in the circumstance specified in Article 146 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China".
