The Taxpaying Credit Evaluation Indicators and Methods (for Trial Implementation), which were formulated by the State Administration of Taxation in accordance with the Measures for Taxpaying Credit Administration (for Trial Implementation) (Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation [2014] No.40) in order to regulate taxpaying credit administration and evaluation, ensure the unity of results of taxpaying credit evaluation and improve taxpayers' awareness of tax payment with sincerity and in accordance with the law and compliance with the tax law, are hereby promulgated and shall take effect as of October 1, 2014.
