In accordance with the requirements for cancelling administration and collection items of taxes on non-resident enterprises as prescribed in the Decision of the State Council on Matters relating to Cancelling and Adjusting a Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items (Guo Fa [2015] No.11) and the Decision of the State Council on Cancellation and Delegation of a Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items (Guo Fa [2014] No.5), the State Administration of Taxation has decided to revise the relevant instruments.
