In order to deeply carry out the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on tightening the protection of intellectual property rights, carefully implement the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Improving the Property Right Protection System to Provide Law-based Protection of Property Rights (Zhong Fa [2016] No.28), actively perform the regulatory responsibility of the government in patent right protection, practically intensify the crackdown on patent right infringements and counterfeit behavior, enhance the coordination among patent right licensing, confirmation and safeguarding, comprehensively and strictly protect patent rights, and vigorously advance the building of a strong country in the area of intellectual property, the State Intellectual Property Office has formulated the Several Opinions on Tightening Patent Right Protection, which are hereby issued to you for your implementation accordingly.
