The National Development and Reform Commission has drafted the Guidelines for Price-related Acts of Industry Associations (Draft for Comment) in order to implement the spirits of the Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Price Mechanism Reform (Zhong Fa [2015] No.28), instruct industry associations to carry out price-related acts conducive to the development of industries, market competition and legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and warn industry associations of possible legal risks in their price-related acts.
