The Guidelines of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for Confirmation of Conformity with the Listing Conditions for Asset-backed Securities, which have been revised by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in order to regulate the confirmation of conformity with the listing conditions for asset-backed securities and further raise the review efficiency, are hereby promulgated and shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
