In March 2017, the customs of China and New Zealand entered into the Arrangement of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the customs of New Zealand Service on the Mutual Recognition of the Enterprise Credit Management System of the Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Secure Exports Scheme of the customs of New Zealand Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Mutual Recognition Arrangement"), and decided to officially implement the Mutual Recognition Arrangement as of July 1, 2017.
