According to the relevant provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Implementation of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Customs Supervision Areas of the People's Republic of China, the relevant matters concerning the administrative licensing for operation sites under customs supervision are hereby announced as follows:
I. An enterprise applying to operate an operation site under customs supervision is required to fulfill certain requirements and submit necessary materials as specified by the relevant provisions of Article 14 and Article 15 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Customs Supervision Areas of the People's Republic of China (the Application for Registering as Enterprises Operating Operation Sites under Customs Supervision, Appendix I).
II. The applicant shall bear legal responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of all materials it provides. If the competent customs may obtain electronic texts of the relevant materials through the informatization system, it is not necessary for the applicant to submit separately.
