Circular of the State Administration of Taxation on Comprehensively Popularizing the System of Electronic Management of Financial Notes

The offices of the State Administration of Taxation of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, and National Tax Institute,

According to the requirements of the Circular on Further Enhancing the Administration of Verifying and Canceling Financial Notes among Central Units (Cai Ban Zong [2017] No.77) issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Finance, the reform of financial notes' electronization shall be comprehensively carried out in the national tax system (including National Tax Institute, hereinafter the same) from January 1, 2018 by deploying, installing and operating the system of electronic management of financial notes on a unified basis, comprehensively applying electronic management of financial notes, starting the use of printed financial notes and stopping the use of hand-written financial notes.
