In order to implement the spirits of the Implementing Outlines for the Building of a Law-based Government (2015-2020) (Zhong Fa [2015] No.36) promulgated by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council as well as the requirements in the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Further Effectively Implementing the Sorting of Rules or Normative Documents Involved in the Reform of "Streamlining Administration, Delegating Powers and Improving Administration and Services" (Guo Ban Fa [2017] No.40), improve the law-based administration system and establish a long-term mechanism for sorting out normative documents, the China Banking Regulatory Commission (the "CBRC") has sorted out the normative documents issued by the end of May 2017 in a concentrated manner.
