Provisions for Engineering Projects Compulsorily Subject to the Bidding Process, adopted by the State Council, are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of June 1, 2018.

Article 1 To define which engineering projects must be subject to the bidding process, regulate tendering and bidding activities, enhance work efficiency, reduce the costs of enterprises and prevent corruption, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with Article 3 of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China.
