Since the effectiveness of the Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Adjusting and Improving Relevant Matters concerning Tax Rebates (Exemptions) on Exported Goods Handled by Integrated Foreign Trade Service Enterprises (Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation [2017] No.35), some integrated foreign trade enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "integrated service enterprises") have reported the failure to claim tax refunds for some previously-signed contracts under the rules of Announcement No.35.
