The development and reform commissions, price bureaus and electric power companies of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government,
To further implement the requirements on reducing the cost of energy for enterprises as set forth in the Central Economic Work Conference and on reducing the power price for the general industrial and commercial sectors by 10% as specified in the Report on the Work of the Government, matters relating to the reduction of power price for the general industry and commerce to the equivalent extent of the adjustment to the value-added tax (VAT) rate for the power industry are hereby announced as follows:
