The Shanghai Head Office, all branches, business management departments, central sub-branches of provincial capitals (autonomous regions) and Shenzhen Central Branch of the People's Bank of China; the China Development Bank, all policy banks, state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks, the Postal Savings Bank of China; the Clearing Center for City Commercial Banks, the Rural Credit Banks Funds Clearing Center, and Shanghai Commercial Paper Exchange Corporation Ltd.,
In accordance with the relevant work arrangements, the People's Bank of China transferred, on October 7, 2017, the electronic commercial draft system to Shanghai Commercial Paper Exchange Corporation Ltd.
