On May 29, 2018, the General Administration of Customs issued the Decision of the General Administration of Customs on Revising Some Rules (Order of the General Administration of Customs No.240) including the revisions to the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Supervision and Administration of Inward and Outward Conveyances and the Administrative Procedures of the People's Republic of China for the Manifests of Vehicles Crossing Customs Barriers (the "Administrative Procedures for Manifests").
