In order to strengthen the trans-provincial adjusted use of preparations of medical institutions and implement the requirements for the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating power, improving regulation and optimizing services", the State Administration for Market Regulation has drafted the Decision of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Adjusting Approval Items Concerning the Administration of Preparations of Medical Institutions (Draft for Comment) for which public comments are hereby sought.
