According to the institutional reform program of the State Council in 2018, administrative duties of the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (the "AQSIQ") in entry-exit inspections and quarantine tests and the teams for this work are assigned to the General Administration of Customs (the "GAC"). The matters concerning the issue of certificates of origin and the Kimberly Process Certificates are hereby announced as follows:
