In accordance with the Regulations on Prevention and Handling of Health Care Disputes, the National Health Commission has drafted the Administrative Measures for Complaints about Medical Institutions (Draft for Comment) in a bid to strengthen the management over complaints about medical institutions, regulate procedures of dealing with complaints, improve medical services, guarantee medical safety and legitimate rights and interests of doctors and patients and maintain normal medical order.
