Circular of the Ministry of Transport on Publishing Results of the Clear-up of Policies and Measures with Effect of Eliminating and Restricting Competition

Transport departments (bureaus and committees) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, all entities subordinate to and departments and bureaus within the Ministry of Transport,
According to the Circular of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce on Issuing the Work Program for Straightening out Existing Policy Measures with Effect of Eliminating and Restricting Competition (2017-2018) (Fa Gai Jia Jian [2017] No.2091) and the relevant requirements, the Ministry of Transport has made efforts to clear up existing policies and measures with effect of eliminating and restricting competition. The results of the clear-up work are hereby announced as follows:
I. It is proposed that one set of rules and regulations will be repealed and another four sets of rules and regulations will be modified.
