In order to promote the construction and implementation of the "single window" for foreign trade and "Internet Plus Customs", realize the paperless and whole-process online handling of all customs clearance documents and facilitate tax payment enterprises of import and export, the General Administration of Customs decides to use the electronic seal of the " special seal for customs documents of the People's Republic of China" (see the appendix for moulage, the " special seal for documents").
