In order to carry out the Customs' management philosophy of "orientation by enterprises and target at enterprises", build a good credit environment of honesty, observation of the law, convenience as well as customs-enterprise cooperation and win-win and establish a close and clear cooperative relationship between the Customs and enterprises, matters concerning the implementation of the enterprise coordinator management by the Customs are hereby set out as below pursuant to relevant provisions such as the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Enterprise Credit (Order of the General Administration of Customs No.237):
