With a view to deeply meeting the relevant requirements set out in the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Focusing on Enterprises' Concerns about the Implementation of Policies on Further Promoting the Optimization of the Business Environment (Guo Ban Fa [2018] No.104), deepening the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating powers and strengthening regulation, and improving services", optimizing the business environment and inspiring market vitality, the measures for further carrying out the reform of the catalog of China Compulsory Certification ("CCC") and implementation ways are hereby issued as below:
As of the date of issue of the announcement, CCC administration shall be abolished for 12 types of products (see Appendix I), the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China shall cancel the CCC business for the concerned products from the business scope of relevant certification institutions and laboratories that are designated for such business, and the designated certification institutions shall revoke all CCC certificates they have already issued.
