The market regulation departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government,
In order to further deepen the reform of the commercial system, implement the relevant provisions of the E-commerce Law, standardize e-commerce behaviors and promote the sustainable and healthy development of e-commerce, the following opinions are hereby proposed on working effectively on the registration of e-commerce business operators:
I. The market regulation departments shall actively support, encourage and promote the development of e-commerce and facilitate the e-commerce business operators that shall handle the registration as market players according to the law by combining such characteristics of e-commerce as virtuality, cross-region and openness, fully utilizing internet thinking, adopting internet approaches and following the principle of online and offline consistency so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of e-commerce and invigorate economic development.
