In order to cope with the reform of the individual income tax system, further implement the requirements of the State Council for cutting down on the requirements for administrative certification so as to ensure greater convenience for the people and optimize the tax payment services, the State Administration of Taxation has decided to replace the Tax Payment Receipt (Textual Form) with the Tax Payment Record for individual income tax.
