In accordance with the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, the Tort Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, the State Administration for Market Regulation has organized and drafted the Administrative Provisions on the Recall of Consumer Goods (Draft for Comment), for which public comments are hereby sought, in order to strengthen the safety administration of consumer goods, regulate the recall of defective consumer goods and practically protect the personal and property safety of consumers.
