Pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations of China and Russia as well as the Protocol on Veterinary and Public Health Conditions for the Two-way Trade of Dairy Products between China and Russia signed by and between competent government departments of China and Russia, the mutual trade of dairy products between China and Russia in conformity with the Requirements for Inspection and Quarantine in the Two-way Trade of Dairy Products Between China and Russia (see the appendix hereto) is permitted.
The Announcement shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
