People's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, all ministries and commissions of and all institutions directly under the State Council, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
Upon approval of the State Council, the basic pension for retirees of enterprises, government agencies and public institutions ("Retirees") will be adjusted from January 1, 2019.
