All NEEQ-listed companies and lead securities traders,
In order to further regulate the stock repurchase business of NEEQ-listed companies, prevent targeted repurchase in disguised form, insider trading, interest transfer and other violations of laws and regulations, and effectively protect the rights and interests of NEEQ-listed companies and all shareholders, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows in combination with the regulatory practice since the promulgation of the Implementing Measures of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations for Stock Repurchases by NEEQ-listed Companies (the "Repurchase Measures"):
