In order to strengthen the supervision and administration of product quality safety and regulate the system for regulatory spot checks of product quality, the State Administration for Market Regulation has, in accordance with the Product Quality Law, the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and other relevant laws and regulations, revised the Administrative Measures for Regulatory Spot Checks of Product Quality (Draft for Comment), for which public comments are hereby sought.
