In order to further optimize the business environment, and in accordance with the Opinions of Thirteen Authorities Including the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Promoting the National Unified Reform of Integrating Multiple Certificates and Licenses into One Consolidated Business License (Gong Shang Qi Zhu Zi [2018] No.31), issues concerning including the Customs Declaration Entity Registration Certificate (for the consignees or consignors of imported or exported goods) into the reform of "integrating multiple certificates and licenses into one consolidated business license" are hereby announced as follows:

Where an applicant needs to apply for a Customs Declaration Entity Registration Certificate (for the consignees or consignors of imported or exported goods) when handling business registration, the applicant shall tick the "record-filing" option for the consignees or consignors of imported or exported goods, and provide additional information for record-filing purposes.
