In order to promote the reform of streamlining administration, delegating powers and improving regulation and services in accordance with the law, and further boost the "Internet Plus Government Services" and handling all matters regarding government services in a one-stop way on the network, the State Council has cleaned up the relevant administrative regulations that are incompatible with handling all matters regarding government services in a one-stop way on the network.
