Competent departments of natural resources of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the competent department of natural resources of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council on deepening the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating power and strengthening regulation, and upgrading services" and the requirements of the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Shortening the Timeframe for Handling Real Estate Registration (Guo Ban Fa [2019] No.8), and effectively solve the current practical inter-departmental difficulties in network connectivity, information sharing and business collaboration, the work of improving the network operation and maintenance environment for basic real property registration information management platforms (the "information platforms") and facilitating the sharing and integration of real property registration information is hereby notified as follows:
