Departments (Bureaus) of human resources and social security of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security decided to initiate a specific program on employment policy implementation and delivery of services from now on until the end of this year in order to fully implement decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee on stable employment, further promote the implementation of employment and entrepreneurship policies, and strengthen all-round public employment services. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Overall Requirements
Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we shall implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on stabilizing and increasing employment, take the opportunity of a campaign on the theme of "remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind", further implement the employment priority policy, adhere to the combination of overall consideration with key assistance, stick to the coordination of policy strength and service temperature, and the unity of supervision & control and recognition & incentives, carry out the policy implementation and service landing in the whole process of employment, forge ahead, be brave and work hard with down-to-earth work style, practically improve the awareness and implementation rate of employment policies, enhance the satisfaction and effectiveness of employment services, continuously boost the sense of gain, well-being, happiness and security of the masses, and ensure the successful accomplishment of employment tasks and continuous stability of employment situation.
